Refund policy

At Dhathri, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. We offer a 5-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product or wrong quantity.
  • The product was damaged at the time of delivery.
  • The product was not sealed properly.
  • The product was expired on delivery.

Important Notes:

  • All return and exchange requests will be investigated first. We will confirm with you if your order is eligible for a replacement or refund after checking the evidence (images, videos, and product condition).
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for used products or for variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma since our products are natural and handmade, and no two batches are identical.
  • For multiple-item shipments, only the affected product will be replaced.

Share the following details:

  • Order number & invoice image
  • 1 outer box image
  • 2 clear product images
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or missing products)

Once we review the request, we will inform you if the order is eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If approved, the product will be picked up from your address, and replacements will be dispatched within 3–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
If a cancellation request is made before shipping, a full refund will be processed.
Dhathri reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incorrect customer details.

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–8 business days.
Refund timelines depend on banks, payment gateways, and courier partners.
Product images and packaging images are mandatory for refund approval.
