We come from a humble farming background, deeply rooted in the land and its traditions. We have seen how our elders processed food — slowly, carefully, and with respect for nature. Oils were cold-pressed in wooden ghani machines, spices were sun-dried and hand-ground, and pickles were made with pure ingredients at home, carrying warmth and authenticity in every bite.
As the world shifted towards fast and industrial methods, these age-old practices started fading away. But we believe that true health and real taste come from traditional, natural methods. That’s why we created Dhathri — to bring back the old, homely way of making food and to promote a healthy lifestyle through purity and tradition.
